Deleted Title?

Hello,
I have something that i want to ask.
This is about a title page i made got deleted.

So, I made 2 pages :
Hagemashi Yome (Pre-Serialization)
Hagemashi Yome

I upload the oneshot on the first page, but it got deleted and my upload get moved to the second page.

I wonder why it got deleted...
There are titles like"Ashigei Shoujo Komura-san"
has separated between one-shot and the serialization.
