This is honestly what the tag is for: nudity in a non-sexual situation with no visible genitals. Although, if she continues to be that defenseless over time, there'll have to be a re-evaluation. That said, it is understandable why such manga are written this way. A modern readership would not find appropriate undergarments enticing. And it can be explained away as being another world, so who are we to say what technology developed when?

But it's always nice when the author finds a way to lampshade in an explanation or something, even if it's a bit absurd. Like Tensura's world having naturally occurring spandex.
