Im assuming that the mom is going to use the “you don’t remember anything because you were hypnotized“ excuse and still have them learn from the experience without having the trauma that comes from it.

That or she altered their memories of what happened during the hypnotism.

The succubus was manipulating the three girls, not Alka. He failed because of his own shortcomings, not succubus magic.

She couldn't control him completely like she could with the girls but she could influence/affect him enough so that he was easily manipulated, but yeah, that was mostly just his own shortcomings/flaws that got drawn out and enhanced, had he been stronger mentally, it wouldn't have happened.

A) that's basically just date-rape drugs but magic, thanks mom, B) bunch of people know what happened. Now everyone knows you were in a lurid relationship with someone but your memories are muddy and you can't remember. Personally, I'd say that's way worse of a psychological hell-hole than knowing what happened.

IDK wondering if I should drop this series here, it doesn't seem able to handle the sorts of issues it's raising.
