In this story, women become more aggressive toward men, because if they want children, they have to join a lottery just to get a chance to be fertilized using sperm stored in sperm banks. Even having a normal relationship with a man is almost impossible.
★ Ryuto has no idea how long he has been inside the dungeon, he just keeps surviving and trying to reach the surface. His body is dirty, his beard and mustache are overgrown. He loves meat, especially beef, so when he sees a Minotaur, he immediately uses his hiding skill. His skill level is so high that the target cannot detect him at all. He easily kills the Minotaur using sword and magic.
★ After that, he finds an unconscious girl, Haruka. He is surprised because it has been a long time since he last saw another human. Her body is attractive enough to make him feel something, but since he has no experience, he does nothing and only heals her wounds. He then goes to clean himself in a dungeon lake and wears monster hide as clothes.
★ When Haruka wakes up, she is shocked to hear a male voice. Since birth, she has never seen any man besides her adoptive father. Curious, she asks why Ryuto is inside a dungeon, since men are extremely rare, protected by the government, and basically should not be there.
★ Ryuto asks what year it is, and he is shocked to hear it is 2025, meaning 20 years have passed since he entered the dungeon in 2005.
★ The Adventurer Association sends rescue forces, including Kazuki, a former Hero Party member who is now a government official. She is also Haruka’s adoptive mother, she has raised Haruka since she was a baby after Rinka entrusted her to her before disappearing 18 years ago, whether Haruka is really Rinka’s biological child is still unknown.
★ When Kazuki watches Haruka’s last recording, she feels the male voice sounds familiar. After enhancing the audio, she immediately breaks down crying, because it is the voice of her younger brother who disappeared 20 years ago in the dungeon.
★ The rescue team arrives and finds a giant frozen Cerberus already dead. Roria, the team leader, approaches Haruka’s location. Everyone is shocked to see a man inside the dungeon, some even start acting recklessly, but Roria stays calm and asks Ryuto for his identity. Since he has no ID, he just introduces himself. Everyone asks for his contact, but since he has no phone, he gives Haruka’s instead.
★ Kazuki arrives and immediately hugs Ryuto. At first she thought it was fake, but seeing him in person makes her unable to hold back her emotions. Ryuto is then taken to a government hotel, where the female staff try to get close to him, even offering to help him bathe with suggestive expressions.
★ Ryuto reunites with his old party member Shougen, who is now married to Kazuki and has a child. When Ryuto asks about Rinka, Shougen lies and says she ran away with another man. In reality, she entered the dungeon 18 years ago to search for Ryuto.
★ Because men are rare, each man gets a personal guard. Sayaka becomes Ryuto’s guard. Her past is sad, she was neglected by her family and later joined the military. Her job is to stay with Ryuto 24/7, protect him, and fulfill his needs, basically like a wife or mistress. She was previously fired by another man because of her body, but Ryuto actually likes her type.
★ Ryuto has no experience with women and has a different mindset compared to modern men. He prefers mature and sexy women, especially Sayaka. At night, Sayaka tries to help him sleep. He struggles because of his life in the dungeon, so she lets him rest on her lap, and he falls asleep. Seeing his struggles, her protective side appears, and she vows to protect him no matter what.

I feel the same. Not having powers outside the dungeon can make sense. But then how the fudge are there monsters outside?
I guess it would only make sense if only the monsters that have a physical form can come outside of the dungeon while also being incapable of using magic. But if they can both exist and use magic outside it then it would be really really stupid.

Indeed, I was kind of hoping for them to say that modern weaponry is useful against monsters outside the dungeon because they no longer have any magic protecting them, but considering the "spirit bs gun tech" I guess that's not gonna be the case.
The last english ch that was here I believe was ch 2.2.

But one thing sounded strange, so "spirits" work only inside dungeon, yet weapons didn't work at all against monsters, so how were they able to kill monsters during the first stampede? Does it mean the sage could use magic outside the dungeon? Did they just wait until the monsters got tired and returned to the dungeon, then killed them? Or maybe everyone moved to the dungeon, got stronger, then the monsters dominated everything outside, returned to the dungeon for reasons and got mostly killed, so the survivors started to reconstruct society?
Well, hope the novel will make more sense.
