Well going off the information available, seems like Sage Sirius did something to imbue "magic" onto Earth that previously wasn't there, which is why you have that contradiction.

Just like tower manhwas, tower/dungeon appears on Earth, monsters wipe out humanity, etc etc. Usually when the tower descends it brings both monsters and magic into the world so the plot/world building is balanced.

Seems here Sage Sirius is the one doing it instead.

Guns, bullets, nukes don't work cause the attack isn't "imbued" with an "attack skill" cause the "system" isn't setup yet.

It's all isekai slop but I will happily eat it up.

I can sorta get that it's a hard balance to strike, but 1:1000 really isn't "unicorn" rare.

In a population of 50 million, there are still 50,000 men.

If we go by the statistic of redheads being 6% of humans, you would encounter one man for every 60 redheads you encounter. Unless you're living in the boonies, everyone should still encounter a handful of men in their life.
