) I've gone up just enough in weight to be in the perfect spot: just 2-3kg under the ideal weight for my height, but still in the healthy weight range - which gives me all the benefits (or rather, lack of downsides) of being at relatively healthy weight, whilst also knowing that i have enough of a buffer to my actual ideal weight that i can still eat whatever i want however much i want (which isn't much - that's why i was underweight) without having to worry about the consequences of it later (since no way in hell my formerly-underweight ass will ever be able to eat enough to actually overshoot
3 whole kilos by accident before the next time i remember to weigh myself) - so I'm basically getting the best of both worlds.
