Follow-up of page 8: Some random country on the opposite end of the continent getting struck with meteors.
each meteor somehow killed a demon or hit the ground and germinated entire ecosystems

Then we find out later it's not accidental because MC was experimenting with scifi growth serum meteors

I don't think that's a valid argument when the current state is having a chapter ending literally with a phrase being cut in half
It seem valid to me, I mean hey there are people who want to see the whole chapter no matter how long it take, and there are those who want to see everything as soon as possible, the translator picks the safest choice in my opinion.

You want the whole chapter? Just wait for it then man, reading small parts as it come out is optional. Can't really blame the translator when they only deliver what's already there to begin with.

That's like saying the courier is the one at fault for sending you half the packages when we all know it's supposed to be done multiple times, and the supplier hasn't even done with the other half yet.

The thing is, I have no indicator to know if it's complete or not because there's already been cases of chapters being called .1 or .5 and them being complete ones. The courier is a horrible analogy because you're assuming the translators offer no value at all. Which I mean, if you want to degrade them like that... Sure. But good translations add their own value to the production, such as localization, proper cleaning, after thoughts/comments. They are not mere messengers like you call them. That's very demeaning

There's "Looking a gift horse in the mouth."
Then there's "Shooting the gift horse dead because it wasn't the color you wanted even though there was nothing wrong when you looked it in the mouth."
Criticizing and "shooting the gift" are not the same. Don't be ridiculous. Things don't change if you don't give your feedback. I'm more surprised you'd rather not voice out things you don't agree with

I was trying to be polite there, but ffs man don't put words in my mouth, I never said anything or implying that I'm assuming that the TL "offer no value at all", your phrasing make it like I'm the bad guy here, surprisingly this is what ticking me off.

The first sentence from you is enough, the rests are just you assuming and misinterpreting what I'm saying, or if I'm assuming the worst you're just spinning it to fit your narrative so that I look like a jerk.

Again, don't like how the chapter is not complete and is in parts? Just fuck off until it does, easy fix, complaining is fine, no one is actually criticizing you for that, but you should never twisting other's words to make you look good, ratass.

By your exact same logic, you should've stopped your previous comment right before the analogy, since it's not correct at all

Not my problem, I'm just comparing the situation of YOU complaining about how the chapter is in parts, I never imply anything about the translation itself, you were the one stretching it that far dumbass.

You said your piece, we said ours, and you disagreed, easy as that. This is the 3rd time, if you have nothing else to contribute to the manga chapter itself, just fck off.

Like, if you have such problem with chapter being in multiple parts (I'm not even sure if it's about that anymore at this time), I'm respectfully telling you, to stfu and leave, then come back when there's a complete chapter. Have a nice day.

I mean, at this point, this is just me having a problem with how much of an asshole you're being at this point. I lost count of how many times you've been insulting for absolutely no reason at all, even despite you saying you were "trying to be polite". Stop lying to yourself

Hey man I said I tried, maybe if a certain mf didn't put words into my mouth, then not addressing it, not even a "my apology if I'm wrong" in the the first reply, I wouldn't have been throwing curses.

You started this, I said my point with the most neutral way I can at first, YOU took that shit out of context and paint me as this asshole that doesn't value the work of a translator, you even affirm it yourself. Not even an apology when I called that bs out, you will just let that slide and deflect at the fact that I'm being rude to you alone.

Oh sorry I guess it's okay for you to spin the narrative to make people look bad, but when I am the one who call that out, now I'm the bad guy I guess. YOU, pointed your finger at ME, as the assshole first, based on just assumption and didn't apologize. Why should I be considerate and be nice to your sorry ass while I can save that for other people.

Again, the door is open, stop yapping, go do something else, this will be my last reply to you.

For this manga it’s split to .1 and .2
Hope this helps!

(Also, .5 is almost exclusively used for bonus chapters)

Okay, just wait until the remaining parts are uploaded before reading.

It's irrelevant. It's posted here by the translators
Bruh if you didn't follow the publisher format, you have to create your own format.

Also how is irrelevant when i explains it to you is the publisher who decide to do this and translator juat follow. That an explanation you want.

You might not agree with it, but that simple explanation should make you finally understand it. you don't have to agree to understand.

By independently posting something here, one is creating their own format. Whether that format is one that follows someone else's or not, it's up to the person posting here. The original publisher becomes completely irrelevant. Also, the reason the split format exists is to push sales and give more time to the artists, not to give a better experience to the clients. In fact, it offers the opposite, so what incentive is there to follow it? None according to the comments here as the previous ones don't apply to anyone here. The only reason given was not wanting to deviate from the publisher, but why was never once explained
