Re reading it now since new chapter just drop and I forgot most of things that happened, I relaize that man is the king. He appear in Dias flashback when he said that the kingdom know about the witch secret. Even the guy bellow me tried to told me that but I was way too clueless by that time.

Webnovel was more consistent, since it had better pacing and expressed MC mentality.

Manga version would get too wordy if they constantly had text bubbles of her thoughts in contrast to outward actions. It has a good balance with the pacing it went with.

LN is 4 volumes, but at least half of the 4th volume is afterstories -- though they tie up some loose ends.

little bit more then a quarter in, maybe even less then that depending on if they adapt the afterstories and the WN side stories that the author writes each time a new volume comes out.
