Previous assumption was wrong, here's the real issue.
Also applies to "Image" on the Manga page creation.
Edit: All fields on the manga/upload page can be selected by clicking to the left of the field.
Not fixed yet, problem unknown.
Clicking anywhere to the left of "File" opens up the file select menu. It's like the Browse button extends way too far left. Can 100% reproduce regardless of uploading or not.
Also applies to "Image" on the Manga page creation.
