I've been having this issue when filtering my MDList, where some of the pages only contains 1 or 2 mangas or sometime only half a page.

Here's some examples:
Filter: -Fantasy -Comedy -Oneshot

@KMoore As far as I know, it filters out manga at each page. Meaning if page 23 of your list only has 1 manga matching your filters, it would only show 1, if there are 3-4 manga etc it would only show that number. Hope it makes sense? So not really an issue, per se, but definitely a bit weird to look at.

i like it this way more.
out of 104 titles on this page it showed you those titles that you want, easier to find it later ( if you remember the page № ).
+ If you use sort by follows/rating + some tag then you will know that those titles are not the most popular on your MDList.

I actually agree with this suggestion. Something like "collapse filtered manga to fewest pages (on MDList)" as a suggestion (not the best name, I know).

With enough filters, some pages even have no titles. Idk if this is the intended display when filtering a MDList, but I would be surprised if it is, and not just a byproduct of the current code.

It's just a client-side filter because implementing the pagination to the search query was too much effort (and caching space). I don't think we'll be changing the behaviour for the MDList as it currently exists, though v5 lists should be a different matter - if not in backend implementation, then at least in the way they're loaded in the interface.

@ Teasdy
I see, if it's gonna use more resources then guess it can't be helped.
Can I ask when v5 will come around? Lowkey starting to get hyped with all the mentions of it.

@Yatsuki
Thanks, makes sense. I mostly read fantasy and this was the first time I actually filtered out fantasy so I never noticed it or cared.
