"More trouble in the future?" yea probably but mainly for you. I'll drop it now since its just her giving up her free time helping out and the prince not helping out at all. I get giving up his right to the throne but to just come and assume commoner life instead of a foreign noble is pretty much forcing the MC to live poor and without what she wants. The added plot of a sequel is also just forcing the story to have more cut and paste directions. I would have been fine with her just opening a hospital or clinic and facing the problems that come with a her managing it or people not trusting it. At this point its just going to be another generic otome world manga without much to be interested.

I have to say, the lack of funds is a weird plothole. Combine that with a second heroine and a new plot that will be pulled out of a otome game, i think i will drop this for now.
