"For Some Reason Suddenly I Wanted to Flirt With the Coworker Who Sits Next to Me" is a separate release which collects various side stories related to the same characters.

To clarify, there's...

Sex: the original anthology oneshot introducing the characters
Flirt: a collection of short side stories/vignettes
Kiss: ongoing series (this is the 1st chapter) that moves the story forward

So the second book (Flirt) is essentially a bunch of bonus scenes. Hasn't been translated/uploaded yet, but I'm currently working on it.
