[Forum] duplicate title thread, only one of them can be found from the mainsite

The manga page https://mangadex.org/title/cb231f31-4a9d-40e5-8109-5089adac8fdd/little-kobe?tab=comments opens up https://forums.mangadex.org/threads/chiisakobee.256236/ currently.
I can't remember why or how I managed to get to this one, nor find it again coming from the same title page on the main site: https://forums.mangadex.org/threads/little-kobe.256314/
The two different links have the two versions of the manga title in their url, but I thought even for multiple title declinations there was only one main thread.

The issue here is that I can't understand how to access the second version of the forum thread from the main site. I know I could do it from the forums; that's how I noticed the issue by going back to my latest comment, when I noticed the link that opened up from the main site was not the one I commented on. But I'm pretty sure I found the both of them coming from the main site, I clearly remember clicking on a forum page having 47 comments before having posted mine...

I am posting this report in the bug section because it doesn't seem weird to me that this situation might have occurred for other manga threads, blocking access to certain multiples of threads when coming from the main page... I just currently can't see an easy way to check that and would like to know with certainty if this is an isolated case or something that might have also happened to other comics. Furthermore, I would also like to know what the solution to those multiple threads would be, perhaps merging them? I don't know if that will always be possible, though.

Edit: By clicking on the link, it doesn't actually open the one I mentioned but the other one. I can't understand why things got inverted.
By using the search bar on the main site, it also used to give me the version with only two forum comments, and now it gives me the one with 47+the one I posted (48)...

I literally copy pasted the first link and it gave me a different result while keeping the same url

Now it's the two comments version I can't find by searching on the main site...

Speculating, but it looks like the 'chiisakobee' thread was created first, and shortly after that the original version of the first chapter was deleted (see the last comment in that thread - there does not appear to be a chapter thread from this specific upload). I would hazard a guess that the title was adjusted to 'Little Kobe' before the newer version of the first chapter was uploaded the next day (my time), and that broke the connection to the older thread somehow?

Nothing technical to offer - I'll leave that to someone who understands the back end.

Update: I'm only finding the two-comment version when searching on the main site now. I don't know what triggers the switch. It seems to me like it's actually a mainsite problem, but I have no idea about what's actually happening.
Maybe having only one forum thread would fix the issue of the main site giving two versions intermittently?

Hmm, I'm not sure how this can happen.
My understanding of this is that the ID of a created thread is attached to the title page. So, if the title is modified the thread won't be recreated. This also makes the thread intangible if the title page is deleted (the same concept applies to chapter threads).

Both threads were created before MangaDex v5, so the duplication occurred way before v5 forums were released.
I'm not really sure why one or the other is sometimes shown, but I'll merge the threads into the one with two comments. If another one is created, please let us know.
