Raoul has a plan for Victoria and I kind of expected to maybe make her the Queen of Paradise, a new kingdom or whatever but being the Queen of Hell sounds more appropriate especially if she turns bad again. Very diabolical on Raoul’s part but I’ll roll with it.

Yes, she had feelings for him, and the Priestess turned them into an obsession that turned into hatred when he rejected her, which is why she did those things, like having his sister killed to break him; he still refused, so she had him killed.
