with Victoria there is no clear way to know her original personality but most likely she was just your typical arrogant princess

She’s for example definitely arrogant considering how she talks to the Saint in Ch 30 and has always desired Raoul in a spoiled brat kinda way.

Yet at the same time the desire for Raoul’s complete subservience to her along with her Extreme Obsession and torture of Raoul are likely due to the Goddess of Love

As these desires only take affect directly after the saint influences her in chapter 30 to specifically think of her love for Raoul more “Naturally” like beasts.

Definitely not a necessarily “good” person to Raoul but considering all the torture? He might consider forgiving her.

This addresses the idea of "eternity of punishment/revenge". As the story stands, Raoul is the right person for King of Hell, since it seems that his revenge (like the punishments in Hell) is eternal.

Theodora OTOH is a person who has achieved some revenge, but is not devoting her life to it.

If Raoul does not step away from revenge, then I think that the Theodora/Raoul route is and should be closed. And Victoria would fit as his damned queen. I'm sure that would not be entirely pleasant for her, but if she's this devoted to Raoul, she might be okay with it. (Heck, she explicitly okayed it in the previous chapter.)

This is/was a potential turning point for Raoul. He could have turned from revenge at this point, but instead he chose to keep walking that path.

Though I wonder what would happen if Victoria turned down the proposal?

Or if Theodora picked this moment to show up and dissuade Raoul?

Rather than Theodora's ship sinking. I'm more concerned with Theodora herself. Like, we still have that other demon lady who's still evil af. And it seems Raoul isn't aware something happened with her and that's why she didn't show up.
But that's Theodora's problem. If Theodora is going to rule, then she needs to straighten that stuff out on her own. Ruler's should have the strength to rule, not rely on other people to benevolently sort their problems out for them.

Just to be clear.Wasn't the reason the princess go so crazy because the Priestess made her desires go over the top?
Raoul has previously made clear that he's not letting the villains pull a Naruto and blamed their villainy on someone else.

Yes someone else tempted all of them, but they all chose to go along with that temptation and commit gross acts of evil.

I had a feeling for the last maybe two chapters that something like this might happen, it looks like my gut feeling was right. Raoul is really sick in his mind, but assuming his mental state, it totally makes sense to marry Victoria and allow her to undergo a special kind of suffering in hell.

Not sure if Theodora will follow her to hell to be with Raoul or not, the future will show.

Underling hell angel be like “I don’t know boss. There’s a way, but I don’t think you’re supposed to like it”

Raoul is treating the marriage like reverse of marrying just to get residency in other country, for Victoria.
This is/was a potential turning point for Raoul. He could have turned from revenge at this point, but instead he chose to keep walking that path.
"There is a point where we needed to stop and we have clearly passed it but let's keep going and see what happens”
