I don't think the elf chief even knows any of their names. He kinda did point out to him not considering them truly people cuz they aren't as cool as elves. He only said he will think otherwise after they kill the monster.

I'm getting a clearer picture of how she's going to fight moving forward: she's more like a beast tamer in practice who forms contracts with other beings and borrows their power as necessary. Freinet offered her own magic because Lerunda's own pool of magic seems insufficient, maybe because she's still a child.

Finish off this damn thing, but I'm curious about its origin. It doesn't seem to be some human experiment gone wrong. Is there also a demon race in this world? A demon king and army perhaps?
