Damn, the more this arc goes the more I want this to be the first “hostile” named that they couldn’t beat.
Or maybe they ended up beating him, but Hadesman managed to fulfill his goals anyway (kind of like King Masura).

Tbf, the named Kikuru and co. fought so far has been steadily getting stronger (and gotten more empathizable too); in the last one they could have at least lose party members had King Masura really wanted to go at it.

Even if the human characters are weaker than "The Named "The Sloth that is now friends with the Big Titty mini Imp (San) is ALSO a named

...And on reflection they really didn't beat King Masura either... He let himself lose basically... Now if Shock and True showed up?
King Masura would have likely lost right there in a straight fight against those two.

The only alternate fate for King M was instead for Humanity to send an army at him that would genocide his followers and slowly maim him to death.
This would have happened if King M directly attacked a Town or if the King didn't go easy on Kikkuru and Hanabata and simply killed them when he had the chance - which is why King M was never truly serious about winning from the start.

Hanabata's Hanabatas are splendid as usual. Based Kimujima only selecting the ripest fruits.

Invisible Man Kikuru is hype as fuck. I wonder if they can damage Hades with his claws if they snap one off or his earth spears, since he made them. I doubt the latter. RIP at him being a few days from the wedding.

I like how Hadesman's weakness is his own body. It's a bit cheap, being immune to basically everyone else's attacks, but it's a funny weakness.
