It's nice to have a yuri story that doesn't have to rush a terrible ending for some reason or other. It was a fun ride all the way through.

I love that Itou found Takahashi in the end, and I also love that Itou's internal sense of "normalcy" is her kind of thinking "what would Takahashi do?" Or hearing that at least.

My thoughts on what happens next? Morgue hopping to find suitable bodies for Takahashi so they can love their lives together! Because Luvitou isn't leaving that desert without her monster!

This was fantastic from begining to end. Thank you so, so much for carying the translation all the way through.

Just as the author says in the final notes, an ambiguous ending that each reader can interpret was the best way to end this kind of story.
I loved seeing Itou all grown up, we've seen her change so much throughout this story. It made me all emotional god damn it! I'm glad she's still a weirdo, even having learned to properly comunicate with others and fitting in enough to get part-time jobs. Her decision to bring a battery powered boom-box to the desert shows that she's on the way to become an eccentric just like her grandma, and I couldn't wish for things to be any different.

I never noticed this was drawn by the illustrator of the Tanya LN. (The best version of the story, fight me. Even if the wait for volume 15 is killing me and has no end in sight). He did a fantastic job! I hope he'll do more manga in the future.

I don't have a discord to be updated on your future releases so instead I'll just obsessively check you mangadex profiles every couple weeks to see if you upload anything else. You've just completed one of the best scanslations I've read in years, quality wise. You guys rock!

I really do hate endings like this. I mean the story itself is good and I love the art and writing, but I will never want to read this again. The story got written into a corner where the ending was either going to be weird and unsatisfying or bitter sweet, but still unsatisfying. Refusing to commit to one by leaving it ambiguous made it just unsatisfying.

"I'LL TENTATIVELY HOPE YOU CAN MEET HER"

This is first time I have seen tentatively used this way. It feels redundant(?).

Basically it means she's expressing hesitance or uncertainty (because, after all, Itou could very well be going to her death). The Japanese word was 一応 ("ichiou") if you want to look that up.

"tentative" and "hope" mean two different things, as well, so I don't think it's redundant, either.
