@xines she went to the rooftop that was supposed to be closed, and felt asleep there and dreamed about her friends climaxing but apparently, what happened was that the vengeful spirits of 2 dead students lured her there, disguised as her friends and tried to make her fall to her death by showing her how fun is to expose herself to danger.

The ending makes her look like it was all just a dream but they shown marks on the railing too so I guess she was really possessed at that time but her real friends showed up in time.

@xines As someone else (youdontknowwho) already pointed out - proof that there were actual ghosts. (Snack-eating ghost gave her a 'schroom when she first met them and 'made up' - if it wasn't for that 'proof', she wouldn't have known she met ghosts, but could have mistaken it for a dream.)

All jokes aside, the ending and implications of what happened did give me a bit of a scare; not because of what happened, but because of what COULD have happened: them seeing the close friend whom they had recently fought with (by virtue of insensitive comment) and with whom you were trying to reconcile dead by what appears to be suicide... never getting a chance to say goodbye or apologize, her being mad at you till her death by what appears to be your actions... yikes.
