Actually if you wanna reduce belly fat, just eat a lot of protein with low fat.
Also, exercise in the morning before eating, walking for an hour before eating is also good for burning fat and callories (yes, fat and callories are different) My suggestion is eat eggs, meat (anykind with low fat such as chicken and beef, but not much of fish), vegetables (not potatoes, those have lots of callories, basically like rice), and fruits (not juice, those have bad glucose even if you make them yourself) like bananas. Oh and drink LOTS of water but not too much👍
Cardio is great but not all of them have efficient after burn and calorie burnt. So do what I said previously 🤔.
