I'd say he's probably just really thin. Maybe like I was when I was younger? I was never really underweight or malnutritioned or anything, but I was still thin enough that you might think I was if you saw me. Looking ill when you're not is pretty friggin' awkward, I seem to recall a teacher thinking I was anorexic or something. Which they brought up in front of my classmates because apparently they were an idiot with zero tact.

My guess is that the dude's probably stressed the hell out daily and barely eats. Being a teacher + single will do that to you.

Yeah, that dish isn't really great if you're trying to loose weight, it's deep fried in oil, list of ingredients is also totally wrong, usually Japanese are super fanatic about food but raws are basically the same.
Could grill that if you have a fancy electric grill tho', that's how I "fry" breaded chicken breasts, they're crunchy and soft on the inside.

As for what got her worried, I think that's pretty obvious. While she isn't fat she has some belly fat (again, that's perfectly fine and healthy). Meanwhile he himself said he's thin and as a thin person myself that means you've got anything but fat.
Which in turn made Miku much more conscious of hers.

Actually if you wanna reduce belly fat, just eat a lot of protein with low fat.

Also, exercise in the morning before eating, walking for an hour before eating is also good for burning fat and callories (yes, fat and callories are different) My suggestion is eat eggs, meat (anykind with low fat such as chicken and beef, but not much of fish), vegetables (not potatoes, those have lots of callories, basically like rice), and fruits (not juice, those have bad glucose even if you make them yourself) like bananas. Oh and drink LOTS of water but not too much👍

Cardio is great but not all of them have efficient after burn and calorie burnt. So do what I said previously 🤔.
