guardian/older sibling-like relationship turns into romance?

Looking for any series where Person 1 is the guardian/adoptive parent/older sibling, to a younger Person 2. it's not romantic at first (one sided crush is ok) but then it turns into a romance with Person 1. Maybe after Person 2 grows up.

I guess i don't mind if they are actually blood related since it's fiction.

fantasy/isekai setting would be awesome!

@piranha123 "soloist of the cage" got what you want. Its more to battle themed manga. The older sister got separated from his brother when they were trying to leave the cage. She went back in search of his brother years after. It got hiatus though

Daiki was forced to be with her in a romantic way not because he actually loved her like that, but because she was his daughter and he didn't want to lose her. plus he was so reluctant to do so it just killed that series for me

I loved the first part though it was so cute
