I think she still can/will be. Since any one holy tree chooses its own Saintess, and Falne is apparently trying to grow new trees, she might get her calling from there?

And there's also at least a chance that the amulet she has in the opening artwork is "a" Saintess Stone. There are a number of visual differences between it and the one Tenshia has, so it's likely they aren't the same one, but that's also not to say there isn't more than one stone.
