Why is his ability op? the main reason he's gotten this far is because he learned a pre-existing technique. And a piece of technology that he didn't even make.
Unless it evolves into something stronger I don't see how he could even A-class let alone s-class.

I would say his powers are op on the grounds being able to body snatch people with their powers still functional both in body and soul.

Main guy is playing on Kirby and majin buu rules without full context on how his powers work.

Would be funny if the only reason why they keep him alive/stop the sister from murdering him till he finishes school, basically boils down to some known fact that dying will unlock his hidden OP potential they all know about, potential that could mean he would instantly make all women around him his playthings - and they are waiting to "save" the girls in his school or something.

The only thing I can figure is some out-of-context measurement, like midochlorians in Star Wars. They're not measuring what he can do, they're just measuring this power-thermometer that apparently goes really really high. It's rather annoying.

Yeah, that's precisely my complain and it's doubly ridiculous if you consider that each person has a completely different and random power, if aura leak / mana / midichlorians / whatevs were proportional to the capacity to cause destruction / affect their surroundings and most of the people had just high physical capabilities like Solo Leveling or any similar IP, then it'd make sense to have a machine that makes a 1 to 1 conversion and tells you how powerful they are, but with powers like a pocket space, teleport and betting, there's no way to have a machine objectively measure anything and outputting a result, these assesments have to be subjective and limited to what the user's willing to show. . .

I'm afraid you didn't get what Glider said, his power is plainly interacting with ghosts, if the cult leader didn't inform him of the use (and we've got no indicator to show that the power administration org knew about that use) he'd be useless (that's the pre-existing technique, not exclusive to his power per se), it's also highly conditioned as he just got lucky that a strong girl wanted to bang him, there's no signal to point at his power being OP

I know what Glider said but i would also say you're underselling the ability. Sure its nothing like instant death but having having the ability to to interact with and swap souls does give MC a far more bigger pool to work with.

While it is conditional mind you he is in perfect environment to meet it consistently since his society is female dominated, So as long as he keeps meeting that condition (which he can especially do now since he has ririka's body) he can pluck the best ability users to fight his battles for him.

While not established yet I would argue the power admin does know how his powers work otherwise why would they go out of their way lie to MC and everyone else that it's F-tier

You know, now that we had the big plot twist was actually a cool reveal

Had it simply just been talking to ghost it would've been surface level F-Class, but it never was to begin with. Hiro could hear, talk to, see, and even touch ghost, which those alone far exceeds a mere F-Class ability and other males with "weaker abilities". Thinking back on the Loan Shark arc we see just how good his ability is without the sex swap. There's also the cult leader who was able to climb his way up in life by just hearing ghost alone, not seeing or touching. There's also the huge mystery of the gothic lolitta master who controls the dead via subjugation and destruction, which even Hiroto was surprise at how high ranking each individual power was only to learn it all came from men, meaning it was the first sign of men having weaker powers being propaganda. Another thing is that gothic lolitta master is an absolute powerhouse, yet it took generations and a ritual to make the doll to contain all those powerful abilities to then use it but Hiroto accomplished what the doll took generations in just a few weeks.

TLDR: our King Hiroto has always been the chosen one
