It definitely was, though it's hard to say how intentional. If you look at page 16 panel 6, the way the dude's mouth and eyes go... no one who has read baki could say it wasn't inspired directly. Absolutely no one in manga besides the author of baki draws expressions that way.

Gonna be honest, I don't read this manga for the sexy stuff. I read it to watch Misora beat ass. I'm hoping I'm not gonna be disappointed in these next few chapters, but some of y'all's comments really have me worried. I already didn't like her reaction in the chapter with that female director who knew Sarah.
