First: We don't know exactly which alcoholic beverage she mixed into the juice and we also don't know the alcohol/juice ratio. Let's say she used vodka in a 50/50 ratio. From the panel I would say that he is holding a 200 ml paper cup and with the mixture in a 50/50 ratio he could have drunk 100 ml of vodka. Drinking 100 ml of vodka is more than enough to prevent you from driving in many countries and depending on height, weight and other factors it can make someone drunk. But like I said, we don't know which alcoholic beverage and what proportion she used.

Because unfortunately these people are the real life example of the worst and usually undeserved prejudices that people have of otakus: terminally online and inside their own asses / bubble so deep, they lack even the most basic real life experiences. That lone is not the problem, but they have an ego unfitting for their low reasoning capabilities. If they weren't old enough to be working and having a low IQ insult sprees every time someone confronts them with the glaring holes in their perception, I'd pity them. Real life losers, and that's not an insult, sadly.
