This isn't even an issue of it being a half chapter, the problem is the author is awful at getting ideas across. As far as I could discern he's trying to get good at speed typing so he can use this in a fight, but why does it have to be new and original on the spot? Why is taking from fairy tales a bad thing? Why can't he just use preplanned ideas? The answer probably doesn't matter and has no plot significance since it's just an excuse for the author to draw her in a bunch of outfits.

What the author has portrayed is the creepy voyeuristic version of the MC taking the SO on a shopping date and playing dress-up at a clothing store as fan service.

What the MC has done is have the princess masterbate in her sleep, while he tries to decide which outfit would cause her the most mental trauma to wake up in.
