I don't think that translation is right. It's the complete opposite from what was said in another chapter. If the summoned people don't see the otherworld people as human why would killing one upset them?
Because the story gets more sophisticated in the future. The manga is adapting the novel at a glacial pace, when you're reading the novel, you get to the more interesting parts sooner. It's like 'this adaptation of Lord of the Rings spends 13 chapters in the Shire'. But yea, this is the same sort of story as Redo of Healer, mixing adventure and smut. The longer this goes on the stranger it seems, is the whole appeal meant to be slowly mind breaking and watching the princess fingerbang herself? Also why is there so much depth to the system to make the princess horny? Surely just contrive it so she gets attracted to MC over time and he starts banging her in secret or something.
What a weird angle for smut
I think she's saying the history books told her it upsets them even though they don't see them as people. Like how ppl wouldn't be comfortable killing a dog even if its not humanIf the summoned people don't see the otherworld people as human why would killing one upset them?
That is what she said here. I can't speak for what the other group wrote in the last chapters.I don't think that translation is right. It's the complete opposite from what was said in another chapter.
And then the scientist girl is even better, she's like his partner in crime.Oh, we're getting closer to the bandit subjugation event.
Well, once the subjugation is over, we'll finally start having a lot of actual seggs. And an escalation and acceleration of more seggs. And more kinks. And more seggs. And threesomes. Really it's all once we get a bandit captured that everything starts escalating in terms of seggs. Arguably the captured bandit is more of a heroine than the princess considering she's an active participant on the hero's plans and conspirator by where I'm at while the princess is still mainly an enemy to manipulate though the MC is highly compatible with the princess.
Y'know, something dawned on me about the bandit part. And then the scientist girl is even better, she's like his partner in crime.
I think the manga would be better served by skipping some of the source material, at least in the beginning. It's trying to be faithful, to a fault. I mean, we're basically in the prologue OF the prologue, even if we're near the end of that.
Because... it's still a life. I get what you meant, but what they were saying was along the lines of "I see them, but I don't recognize them as my own kin". But that goes as far as basic human relations. Killing is a large stretch of that, even more so because people from other worlds probably didn't even kill life further than insects or at best fish, chicken, nevermind a humanoide lifeform. If the summoned people don't see the otherworld people as human why would killing one upset them?
