Has uploading an ICON specs changed?

The spec is suggested 400x400. The present gif ICON I use is less than 400x400. I have 3 others also less (X,Y). I can't upload them any more, to change up my ICON. Board error occurs every time I try. Or did byte size limit top end change too?

What is the file size of the image you're trying to use?

My present one you see is 962,883 gif. I made them under the old site rules and setup. Under 1MB limit. Going with less gif frames or reducing the X,Y factors just looks bad (I know the file is big, but looks real cool.). I re-looked for any info on ICON suggestions, rules. With only the recommendation of 400x400 nothing else shows up. Unless I really missed it.
