I kind of like this... they already shown that this kid could just go and kill all the royal bloodline before anyone even notices... but since they have to do this negotiation it can´t be done... He could also just attack and decimate the soldiers but, unlike the edgy mangas this MC actually cares for the innocents of the kingdom... the result of all this is an MC that could just turn everything to dust but instead he bows and tries to get the best outcome even at the expense of his own well being without ending like much of a pushover.

...still think this is the origin of the Demon lord due to people´s stupidity

Okay, enough with the bullshit. I don’t remember what dumbass reasoning this legendary super assassin gave before, but at this point I see no reason why he couldn’t drug all the guards, load up the the rest of the teachers and students, kidnap the bitch princess, and ride out with impunity.
Bro's acting like drugging 200 guards using bullshit shadow magic wouldn't take like an hour tops and be neigh untraceable
In the original story (web novel), Kent was using lizardmen to pull the carriages, and he had to wait for Reinhardt to finish training them before he could do the rescue. Because lizardmen are solitary, unlike dog-like animals kobolds and gigawolves who work in groups. In this version, they don't give an alternative explanation.
Dude if they are summoning people from another world to fight their trash battles with monsters for them. Then that Kingdom is already cooked. I'm guessing summoning costs resources as well, yes even if you summon people with better stats then the native humans. Summoning and forced conscription of alien humans would still be more costly then just recruiting peasents training and equipping them in larger numbers.
The kingdom IS cooked. The King is lost in hedonism, and the Prime Minister corrupt, whilst factionalism is distracting everyone else from desertification and monster armies. Camilla's plan was a hail mary, but it's based on historical knowledge. We learn more about this during the negotiations.

They started it by summoning them and killing one classmate and attempting to kill mc. They brought it on themselves, not everything is sunshine and rainbows, don't be a pansy.

Its legit self defense and its not like Kento is burning the kingdom to the ground. Get the Earthlings out even at the cost of the kingdom's army. Besides if taking out the soldiers guarding the earthlings would be such a significant loss for their military then that kingdom is doomed anyway.

most likely because the kingdom rule or the noble dispute.

i think the best explanation is she take the resources within her own budgets since she already reached the limit of local recruitment

Hmm. I wonder if he can teleport his hands into girls' panties too?

Thanks the translation!
