A part of me wonders if this human-form transformation was just introduced because the author didn't know what a wolf kingdom would look like.

i mean wolf's would have a hard time crafting much of anything.

@Talh
so... less than ideal translation?
the whole comment was me nitpicking their choice (i scream, u scream, we all scream for ice cream)... next they're gonna translate マンション as mansion. because it sounds the same.
tho I'd rather this whole thing be a テンションが高い than a high tension issue, so imma leave it at that.
who knows if scanlators are even looking.

In general we are looking. All in all, I am unsure it’s worth bothering over though. I will in any case, be sure to mention it to the TL and QC. @elephantNo5

@Belisar Well, alrighty. thanks for looking/talking.
It's nothing major, because who cares what food they eat. Maybe they live in a world where freezing water doesnt exist, and they're just eating frozen water. But that isn't plot-central, so I guess it's fine... Doesn't affect the reading experience in any way... Except for a pedant like me.

Though the main idea is that English-sounding katakana words aren't the same as the English words they sound like. Especially in this case. So I would call it a wrong translation, since English "ice"(frozen water) is NOT the "アイス"(some sort of yummy dessert, I cant tell from the pics) in the chapter. Which was the point brought up by the guy I was responding to. For Americans, パンツ would not be Pants... Though I think the Brits would be fine with that?

but well, not like anybody else is pedantic, picky, petty and ungrateful enough to complain about this.
