It's me or it's always the same plot ? Even the isekai genra have more originality. Can't they do without reincarantion and/or the all mighty "otome game setup" ????!!!

It doesnt means they will be good without them, but, i just wants some change. I click on it by random (didnt read the description before)
While not stricly "Otome game", try this https://mangadex.org/title/72df62ee-50c8-4970-8131-09b755ac2f73/rubelia-okoku-monogatari
The originality here is that characters are the part of fantasy world and the plot is around them while reincarnator tries to spin the plot towards herself and fails miserably as people just treat her as a mad person and get thrown into prison. Unfortunately translation stopped.

Why do these settings have a butler/maid SERVANT who is allowed to order the lord around and smack them or things like that? I mean, he's an employee, he has no business acting like he can tell the MC what to do, if the MC says no, the butler has absolutely no say otherwise.

3 y.o. vs. a bear. It is basically a tribute to the bear to fight the enemy troops.

The family sure is very under employed.

Japan really loves this nonesense of reincarnating yet ending up looking like a small to average japanese even when their new father and brothers in that world are all tall and muscular...
Well, I should probably still be glad that he isn't totally stick like and has some nice scars~

Hopefully her scar isnt magically healed 10 chapters in like a lot of other isekais hopefully she keeps either to the end of the story till later down the line.
In my opinion, either keep the scar or heal it only when their relationship has reached a significant level.

Like in anime, when some girls cut their hair to show they want to change.

In her case, healing the scar would be symbol of her moving passed past wounds and towards a future with her husband

You know, whenever i see scars in mangas and such on important characters, they are always really mild, like almost as if nothing was there.

Oh look, a convenient plot device to explain why the villainess never was evil, just brainwashed/possessed all along. That other "mob in an otome game" story did this much better (too bad that story went to shit for entirely different reasons).
