Based on the corona stuff, I assume this is less meta and more 4th wall breaking. The only strange thing is how she's able to read the story if she's technically not in our world.

Unless the author is trying to make some kinda social commentary about how some people can live in seemingly alternate realities, tethered together by a single internet.

The whole thing about her being self-aware and trying to escape her own manga almost feels secondary to the actual story that's taking place: A highschool girl who's bruteforcing her way through her highschool girl life problems in order to escape her existential dread. It's an interesting take. Either she'll be suicidal or a hardened veteran by the end of this ordeal.
Pageratta's wild ride is starting to pick up speed.
