hide by library status on search results page

I understand the computation problem with a pure filter, but how about supporting a hide function?

A client side script that hides results per page based on library status would:

• not effect pagination
• easily enabled/disabled client side
• "X manga hidden" informs user what is happening
• greatly speed up the ability to search for new items per page

I think it was tried on some pages in the paste and it causes some unwanted behavior and for some reason confused many users.
