Dunno about the LN, but in the WN the novel goes from R-15 to R-18 after almost 300 chapters. This should give you an idea of how long MC is gonna be stuck with those annoying girls and the kind of shit the manga will focus on.

I....don't believe she has enslavement. She has Plunderer which lets her take skills from enemies she kills. One of the Otaku has the ability to seal and used that to seal the charm and enslaving skills so they couldn't be used, they just asked the pres to serve as bait since if things went wrong she had the best chance of resisting with a high level and the skills stolen from monsters. Meaning that the most dangerous remaining skills are Plunderer and Loner(if just because it gave him access to taming.....which apparently works on anything.)

As for Eddnom's thing. He never seems to abandon his class mates, though he occasionally works elsewhere. The story was also flirting with the r-18 rating from chapter 100 and then around 280 or so he was getting closer to it and started making jokes IN the story about the character hearing the inspection from the r-18 version of the site coming and then swapped them all over to it at which point he got more explicit rather then entirely glossing over it if a fade away joke basically. Given the lack of anything warning about that kind of thing though I imagine this manga at minimum isn't PLANNED to get that far. Who knows maybe like the original it'll swap over to a r-18 version later, probably depends on its popularity.

Or if she taken it over, then wouldn't the slave pact be erased on the girls, and then written on her hence she would become a slave to him?

He power really makes no sense, its like breaking a 5th wall i guess, and only comes to play when the author feels its convenient.
