Ooo plot. That said, I don’t know how much time I want the mc to spend on the delinquents. I get that they got cheat skills too and have problematic skills, but I kinda don’t care about them... like at all. The author didn’t really put much effort in building up or developing any of the delinquents. Actually any of the class besides the mc and class prez. In fact I felt nothing this whole chapter (for the clique that got beat up). I get that something is happening and it probably matters to the mc, but I feel literally nothing from this. It kinda just feels like filler (or something; idk). I’d really just rather get back the mc being by himself and exploring the world (you know the “lonely” and “different world”). Meeting new people, creating relationships, and ultimately leaving because of his skills and personality. I just feel like this is the start of a pretty long arc I don’t care about (the mc getting stronger to beat the delinquents and then beating them after they probably capture class prez and use their skills on her or something). The author really could have done a better job on the other characters. Literally everyone but the mc and class prez feel like 1d plot devices (which isn’t good for the main antagonist of an arc). We’re 27 chapters in and I’d feel nothing if everyone died right now (except the mc, and maybe a small half tear for class prez).
