This is such an extremely sophisticated comment for this website (in my experience) hahahaha!Realistically, if it can be spread via kisses, the virus is present in the saliva, so there are other ways of spreading it besides kissing. The most likely vector is food, i.e. the father's cooking dinner and he gives it a taste-test to see if it's seasoned properly, unwittingly contaminating the food in the process.

which means that those platonic kisses (like forehead kisses) your family gave you, that's how you caught cavities. also means that people who seem more resistant to cavities don't pull or have had that sort of affection from family
