I doubt she has much knowledge of weapons or machinery and just knowing of their existence isn't that much of a threat.
They are more concerned about her intentions, considering an unexplainable amount of knowledge as for a commoner, let alone a child. They just need to know that she isn't part of some malicious plot.
She knows she isn't guilty of anything and has no plans to harm others, so any knowledge she has she can just use\trade to improve her standing.

I think she's just happy there is a way to convey something she would have never managed to convey with words while also guaranteeing lack of ill intent from her.
