Part 2 is in fact still ongoing. You may want to read some of the prior comments on this very thread.

TL;DR parts 2, 3, and 4 are being published simultaneously since it would take too long to publish sequentially.

Question to the people in the know. I asume Vol. 12 of the second part will be the last?
