Looks like Samus Aran. I vaguely remember her getting a mole on her chin in a stunning redesign a few years back.

Yeah, but I prefer her design in Fusion (and I think it's the same as this image) rather than the current design she has in smash and others. I don't know, the Zero Suit looks not as good.

Maybe it's the long hair instead of the ponytail.

I can see what you mean. To me, she has a friendlier face in Fusion, and her character art is reminiscent of 90's/early 2000's animoo. Reminds me a bit of Daft Punk's Discovery album music vids.
