Pretty much no room for anyone.
Shiki already knows he loves Karin and wants to be a man for her. If anything, Shiki is probably ahead.
Both also seem to already caught hints about each other’s feeling, although they haven’t properly done the confession yet.

Chiaki is unclear, but her feeling I think is more like curiosity from seeing Karin’s reactions. Touka is much more possibly paired up with Chiaki rather than Shiki. Haruno is just curiously horny.

The other faction leader, which is described as Shiki’s upgraded version is an interesting and lovable character.
Although the nickname... Minesweeper (or maybe Bullet Catcher would be better localised translation).

So this is turning into a generic harem manga instead of sticking to the original setup for once. Yeah, I will have this on hold and most likely just give up on it after another 100 pointless chapters, like in many other cases. It is a shame, this could have been fun.
