Good choice of seasonings for the lamb. Just make sure you're not too heavy on the cumin because it's a strong spice.

Get yourself someone who will cook with you/knows how to cook.

Never knew what cumin was, never even really though about it tbh. As somebody that really enjoys cooking as much as the MC this manga is a treat.

@johnny_average You learn that about a lot of spices as you get into your "experimental" cooking phase. I've been on a garlic bread binge lately, and I've started adding parsley in since it adds just a tiny dimension of flavor to the bread that makes it more enjoyable without taking away from the freshly grated garlic. I never thought about parsley prior to reading recipes online, but now I'm experimenting more and more with it to see what it works with, and I've found that I enjoy it with steak, mashed potatoes, and added into my breadcrumbs for things like chicken legs.

Fuck yeah, cumin. Strong smell though, gotta be careful not to overpower everything else.

Never got the appeal of beer. Maybe it’s an acquired taste, but carbonated drinks that aren’t sweet are off-putting

Yeah I’m not disgusted by beer but I’ve tried sips of many varieties some slightly better than others but none of hen struck me as good.

Very acquired. It may come overnight, or over a particularly hot day, a bout of adolescent bravado, or should you ever realize how cloyingly sirupy sweet drinks are. Tastes tend to change as you get older. Or it might never.

Try a shandy, if you're still curious curious.
