The joke with the beer swimsuit is that every major brewery in Japan makes a bar poster (and other ads) like this for all their flagship beers. The beach, palm trees, blue skies, and a busty swimsuit model holding a mug (or glass) of their beer in a similar pose. Often emphasizing the 'nama', which in the case of beer means draft, but also means not using a condom. Sex sells! So almost any guy who grew up in Japan would be primed for this scene.
