"Firefly squid" sounds like a fantasy/monster creature you'd fight in an rpg lol

lol other than your face being super greasy/prone to breakouts, depending on how hungry you are, i'd prolly eat first and then wash my face since you'd have to wipe down your mouth/brush your teeth after anyways

it’s rare to see chihiro getting flustered. Kenta knows the right strings to pull when he needs to. Also, I’d always wondered why they use San all the time. It’s probably because they agreed to get married after one date and never spent too much casual time with each other beforehand. 10/10 chapter.

Those morning routines were so precious.

It's weird to me to eat whole squid. What about their guts and stuff?

Chihiro getting flustered was cute. I hope they start going by given names now.

@nanjapan small misspelling in step 6 of Chihiro's morning routine. Wether -> whether.

Thanks for the TL!

He already calls her Chihiro-san, so just taking away the san is something very embarrassing, it's difficult to understand this 100% because he already calls her by name, she should be used to it. I always wonder if this actually happens in real life.

I am not a Japanese and only knows about Japan from manga, so please cmiiw, but in Japan, not using honorific means you are very very close.

I think it will be easier to think of it as ‘Ms. Chihiro’ and ‘Chihiro’. Both are using her name but without that extra ‘Ms.’ makes it different.
