So for me hot cheetos are my kryptonite, well I tried giving them up and I was doing well for 2 months till one morning I wake up and I have a very sore throat and I looked at my fingers and they're red with cheeto dust. My fat ass slept walk to the pantry and ate the cheetos in my sleep and I guess I didn't chew them well because my throat was stinging so I much have swallowed some whole.....

@mahtan yeah, I can see her personality is real but still as I said, those aspect of her really bugs me out for being so mean to "Britney the kid". Sure the kid was eating too much to cope with the lost of her parents, and it's why it's so hard to lose weight but it doesn't justify her for calling a kid "white pig". That is really insulting even after you know why they did what they did. I can agree she wants to stay away from the princess but her friend on the other hands, the follower number2. She pretty much is also in the same position with Britney and doesn't show any malice intention yet, Britney herself also sees it but still, that Britney here is already someone older in the modern time meaning she isekai into some kid and trash on them. I don't like kids but how she speak about them in her narration is giving me vibe for negativity. Maybe they are considered as mature in this era but for modern citizen eyes they are still young though. Some of the action can be explained if you put their age into consideration (such as Britney eating habit).

And also for Britney to have this much development on her and only the other boys gets development on their personalities giving me the thoughts that maybe this author is the kind of author that only puts the development on MC and only cute boys around. I hope I'm not wrong cause I don't read the NV.

Anyways, thanks for your opinion.

Yes, I can see what you said but then again Britney is not "good" and still reacts to some things like it was in the novel she read, so calling Britney, the kid "white pig" is just how the readers of the novel called her so she kept the title since everything indicates that "fate" is forcing the MC in the same position as the Britney from the novel.
For the MC it doesn't matter they are children because they are her "destruction flags", if they are innocent or not doesn't matter. To show she is still just a normal person she even made friends with Follower2 because of how cute she is even though she knew that would lead to disaster in the future.
Another thing that I agree with you but also gave up on is the idea of the MC being an adult with memories of her past life in the body of a child, it is a cliched in isekai stories in general but it seens to be especially true in otome isekai that the author forgets that plot point and it is just there because but doesn't really matter as it doesn't change the character, when we get to know the character before the memories, or is quickly forgot to open space for the children character instead of having a child acting like a modern time adult.
Actually the only ones I see do that well are the "reincarnation of a powerfull being" ones, since the character is already a fictional adult from some time they keep the adult characteristics instead of forgetting about it. Examples of that would be "Marked for Failure, the World's Strongest Sage Reincarnates for a Do-Over!" and "The Mage Will Master Magic Efficiently In His Second Life". One that does it well with a female MC is "The Cute Little Granny Girl Hinata-chan" but it is not fantasy setting and it is another reincarnation.

@mahtan hmm, I see. So it is because the reader said that so they put it on to be a tag that some what still reminds you of Britney's to-be-fate. That may works as a comparison of how the character try and grow.

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll try looking up those titles. I'm still reading this for Luther and the royal schemes though, I have already gave up on the ex fiance for his rude first impression, but I'll see if he really mature by time, I hope he will.

@Banhchuoi the everyone has to be retarded to make the main character look like a super genius? Same with villains supposedly being masterminds pulling off loads of crimes gets stop by 12 year japanese boy with his love slaves.

Came back to this thread after months :D

Adding to the idea posted by @mahtan if I recall correctly there is a short novel that has a protagonist that is more mature than the rest of her peers is Akuyaku Reijō ttenani o Sureba Yoi nda kke? Recommended read btw :D
