This manga fucking sucks. if it was Asami and sayu would have been a top tier story but they had to make it some lame self-insert lonely guy and turn it into some mediocre manga.

Asami actually protected her and helped her grow emotionally and the guy has just been using her as a live-in maid all this time. If Asami becomes the focus I'll keep reading

I'm fairly sure this will have a bittersweet landing where everyone moves on with their life. A middle-aged man will probably marry that nice lady from work anyway. A high school girl can move out and live with her the rebellious politician's daughter and for a lesbian relationship.
