TBH i think the relationship with the prince is more interesting to develop.
I know, for reading the Promo Webtoon, that she'll ran away after realizing that he's in love with her and that he'll find her many years later. The romance between the two will certainly begin then.
With her past and her hatred, it'll be difficult for her to fall for him who belongs to the family she hates si much. In the same time, she could say "will you Still love me even though you were just a marionnet for me ?" or something like that.

Meanwhile, i find a romance with the ex fiancé too ordinary to be interesting.
