@Keetonman i have read serval manga about what you said and what the guy did to the girl make this girl seem innocent ultimately the guy in that manga after serval mental abuses did rape her and told her she should be happy someone like him touched a filth like her then ditched her after he broke her completely
another manga follow the same pattern as the first guy but after he knew she got pregnant he forced her to marry him not because he love her but because of his baby and she somehow become in love and they did paint him like a good guy and every other character blamed her for disobeying him even a little
there was also a manga about an idol who did lay his hand on a minor who was a fan and did make her into his slave
you just haven't seen how messed up the ending for most manga with female mc
and the guy above are all painted as good people in their manga
