4.3/10, listening to this feels like asking someone to get you lunch from a buffet and after 30 minutes they come back with a single donut.

...I have terrible news then, the entire band is a very deliberate larp as a 50+ year old band5.9/10, lowered mainly for subpar lyrics. an issue i often find with recreations/homages to anything 50+ years old is that they're created self-consciously by people with 'modern' affects, whereas people in the 40s/50s who wrote (in this instance) doo-wop songs didn't have an ounce of larp in their bones, to them it was contemporary.
i don't think Sseth has either, so that checks out since you two have pretty much the same taste in games. i played one of them for like 30 minutes on my Switch many years back, that's it.
6.9/10, very touhouesque. almost too touhouesque. does ZUN know about this?
6.8/10, all opening bands need a few boos to whip them into shape.at least you get to see them get booed in this one though
i've only played RoR2, and only for a little while. it was pretty fun though, i'd definitely play it with my bro @pandascepter if he wasn't homeless. 6.5/10.Probably hard to appreciate the musical layers unless you played all the previous risk of rain games before this remake
i forgot this song existed, though i've heard it on the radio plenty. the only Peter Frampton songs i can claim to know are the two obvious ones (one of which (Baby I Love Your Way) i was always annoyed that the live version would come up first). anyways, 7.6/10. it would've been a bit higher if it wasn't FOURTEEN MINUTES LONG (though i will admit this is probably the best version, even against the studio recording)Two songs from 1976 albums.
First, from the top album of the year (on the US Billboard year-end charts), the only song I've ever heard make reference to Nat Sherman cigarettes, and the song that put the guitar talk-box into the public consciousness, Peter Frampton's "Do You Feel Like We Do" from Frampton Comes Alive.
8.7/10, a classic. i'm surprised it didn't reach higher in the charts. i always thought it was super catchy and timeless.Somewhat less known now, but much more of a period piece, Boz Scaggs's Silk Degrees is both an exceptional encapsulation of the mainstream sounds of 1976 and a tour de force of his writing ability, and he was rewarded with 17th place on the year end charts and 8th place the following year. "Lido Shuffle" would be released as a single in 1977 and stalled out at number 11, but seeing as how Scaggs got a platinum disc for the single and a 5x platinum for the album, he did alright.
Yeah, it's SO LONG. Good song if the DJ needs to step out to use the restroom and smoke, though.i forgot this song existed, though i've heard it on the radio plenty. the only Peter Frampton songs i can claim to know are the two obvious ones (one of which (Baby I Love Your Way) i was always annoyed that the live version would come up first). anyways, 7.6/10. it would've been a bit higher if it wasn't FOURTEEN MINUTES LONG (though i will admit this is probably the best version, even against the studio recording)
