Yeah she really can't. She ends up going on a pilgrimage for atonement even though everyone says it wasn't her fault. She still takes the blame for it as Alter is still her, even if another personality.

Salas pretty much states that he never told his daughter the truth of this because she'd likely unalive herself.

Wind magic lets her manipulate time? That doesn't make any sense.

Inori covered this in a kofi post at one point on unusual spells and attributes and what they fall under. Like hypnosis is water attribute but it's not like it involves any water. A different mental magic might be earth instead but it falls under that magic's "category".

Time reversal's also pretty weak to low level spells. It uses up magic power way way faster than a hail of bullets.
